It is without doubt one of the oldest and well-known Lord Shiva temples in Kangra District. It is without doubt one of the Jyotirlinga. The temple was in-built CE 1204 by two brothers Manyuka and Ahuka in devotion to Lord Vaidyanatha. The inscriptions inform us {that a} Shivalinga often called Vaidyanatha already existed on the spot with no correct home. So the current temple and a porch in its entrance have been constructed.
At current the temple is a protected monument below the Archaeological Survey of India. The temple is surrounded by Dhauladhar Vary. Its scenic magnificence is breathtaking. It’s positioned on the financial institution of Ganges. The landscaping is astonishing.
The carvings on the wall of the temple may be very intricate. Nandi and Bhingi is sitting infront of the sanctum. Anybody can go contained in the sanctum and supply their pujas.
It’s the excellent gateway to heel our worries. Our soul and thoughts bought purified after getting blessings from Lord.
